Hey... Um anyone know a good browser?

I got a new dsi and they have that update thing on the shop so i can't get the browser thing. I tried doing the DShobro but i tried a lot of ways to try and fix it, but i cant get it to work it keeps on saying Contacting then it no work and then i did the one where u enter the ip address and it says refused too.i also tried the access point thing where u enter the code and that no work either. So does anyone kno of an easy browser/solution/ideas? Thanks
p.s. i have a ttdsi.
