Henry Hatsworth Bug in Stage 1??

I think my copy has a bug.. well I tried 2 or 3 different versions of this game and I always seem to have the same bug.. In world 1, first stage 1 Henry doesnt seem to be able to kill the blue monster.. he only kills the ones with a sword.. i am able to passe the first two switches wich you must shoot with your gun.. then in the third or fourth? you have two blue monsters wich blocks the switch.. i shoot them with the gun, with the sword.. the robot, with the super meter full, nothing works!!? I am really screwed, I can't go further in the stage! Is there a fix for the rom? I presently use:

Oh yeah! By the way I use No$gba 2.6a!
