I am stuck ! I was playing pokemon diamond , i saved it . The next day the game starts from starting ,the SAV file is there in the battery folder ... But still ! The game wouldn't continue ! Be sure game and save names match. Are try a soft reset while game is active. meaning don't turn it of are on , and don't run from no$gba/no$zoomer bios.
Try this with other roms too, if same problem arises der is sometin rong wit no$gba configuration...elz it might be a problem wit your pokemon rom

Something similar happened to me a long time ago over an R4 firmware update. Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks stopped seeing the save file, even though no$gba could do it very well. Could not solve the problem though.

Try deleting your config file, and set up a new configuration. Or, as Xenirina said above, use another emulator like DesMuME.
I think even though your save file is still there, maybe it's corrupted. Try removing that save file else where, then try play it again by creating new save file. If it work, then it's confirmed your old file is damaged.

The only way you can recover your save file is to perform a rollback before the problem occurred (which I doubt you can do, unless you have the rollback software running in the background at the time.) By the way, what was your progress into the game before your save file crashed (# of Badges, and city)?
