help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    when i copy the xxx-filename.nds to my flash cart this msg appear.. cannot copy xxxx-filename.nds cannot find specified file mkae sure u specify the correct path and filename

    plss help

    Backup your files, and format your MicroSD. Use an SD Formatter like http://www.sdcard.org/consumers/formatter/
