I've download r4cce from it's official site but I can't get it to work. How do I do it?

    I also download cheat code editor and already follow its manual and instruction. I also had copy the cheat to ds micro but whenever I try to play it the cheat doesn't work. How to activate it??? Anybody please HELP!!!!!!!!!! I don't understand it AT ALL!! T_T
