I am new to this, could someone help me!! I need to uncompress a game file on my computer

For what purpose?

I have a mod chip for DS. I would like to download games onto it for my DS. I have been told to download the game from ROMULATION to my computer then uncompress the file on my computer then use the actual file and transfer it to the chip that plugs into the usb port????

You're awesome, thanks for the tutorial and they redid it for computer idiots like me!! Now I just have to figure out why it keeps saying that my disk is full. I only have 34 games on it and I know people with the same chip as I have and they have 100 games??? go figure. Is there a way to figure out how much space I still have on a chip in a usb port???
