Help!! YSMenu will not create save files for any NDS games on the R4

Hello Everyone,

This is probably a silly question but I'll ask anyway, I've been encountering a problem with YSMenu. When I try to load a NDS rom using YSMenu it says
"Do you want create a save file" I select Yes but it comes up with an error "Cannot create save data for _______________". Is this a common problem
or is it easy to fix as I have been encountering lots of problems with YSMenu. How can I fix this problem?

Any help will be fully appreciated as I would like to play The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks and Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.

Try this Ysmenu:

And try backing up and formatting your MicroSD.

 

Just a thought, but wont take long if you hav'nt sussed it allready.
As you probably know, Sav Files are 512 kb, so maybe theres not enough space on your card to make the file.
If you think this could the the case just back-up a descent sized game (copy to a folder or something on your comp.), and deleate the same game from your SD card.
pop in back in your DS and see if it will create now.

mine alreday has everything needed onto the TTmenu, and it works with every rom, but Mario and lugi insed bowsers story.

The (U) version rom will work of mario and luigi BIS! , But not the (E) rom

not really the un patched will run up until the castle gates, the patched will give you the white screen of death, ill post the problem in the repsective topic

 

About as far as i have got is inside of bowser, but what happens at the castle gates ?, If over people have play it to the end...

Is it a freeze problem at that point?, Are mabe the make of microSD cards them self?, are the card they have, ... weard!

Im using a (US) clean rom

 

no my micro SD card is kingston and its working perfectly, with every rom i have tested (but this one and spectrobes byeond the portals, and obviously Pokemon HG and SS), also for the user make sure you have for some games the reset option and not be using the codes after being past the first save point
