i found yersteday YSmenu 1.18 or 1.19 (not 100% sure it has an Xbox 360 background) my problem is that i cant load some games, the phoenix wrigth series, valkyrie profile : covenant of the plume, Yu-gi-OH stardust accelerator world championship 2009 all says that is disk error 81, but somehow i had magnaged to make them load before.

    the questions are:

    1) ¿ what is my problem ?

    2 ¿ how do i fix it?

im emulating trough an N5 revolution with the version 1.31.

Go-Back to your original firmare, Backup games and save

Delete all of your card and replace your firmware and games

They are a few types of firmware made of ysmenu with M3,N5,DSTT and one made for R4 original

Check hear for help with the firmware!

done and does not helps,a lso im pettry sure im not gonna to be able to make the firmware, im a macintosh user and the only way to run a windows app is:

    a) crossover games, wich i doubt it has compatibility with the program.

    b) Memory partition, wich i cant do due that i run on 10.4

ill check the link and ill edit my post

oh i see its the firmware per se not the program i used to find around the web, ill try it.

    Dose this one not work

The menu on the main page of this is wrong. The menu you should use for DSTT for this game is actually 1.17a12.

    http://www.r0man.com/DSTT_1.17a12.rar

    Password: "quickbrownfox" (Thanks â™ Jack_Spadesâ™ )

This should be updated on the main page

    Found it hear https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php?topic=28754.msg509489#msg509489

ill try all the links, and ill post the results.

link of your first post results= so so, runs the series of PW, does not runs Yu-gi-oh! stardust accelerator nor valkyrie and probably the rest of the yu-gi-oh! games.

link of the second post results= its a no, PW games will run, but not the ones im still needing.

3rd link= no, no, its the same as with the 2 others.

    thanks for your help

The ownly thing i could sugest, Is go-back to your original firmware

And use the ysmenu.nds and TTmenu folder from this, on the root of your card, Just them two file and folder..

    R4 Firmware v1.18 + DSTT v1.17a12

    http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?ytnjenfztzn

There for you will have your original firmware and ysmenu , Boot ysmenu.nds to change the firmware, to run games that work for your fimware and run ysmenu.nds to play games that don't work with your firmware

question why are you suggesting an R4 firmware while my flashcard its an N5? and the 1.31 is the alst version, still ill try using the R4 firmware, i wouldnt be surprised the N5 firmware having problem since it hasnt beeen actualized over 3 months

I was saying ysmenu.nds and ttmenu folder use as a alt firmware to be booted on your fimware

So you can have firmware v1.31 for N5 and ysmenu

The ysmenu.nds uses the ttmenu folder

So all you need to do is play games with your fimware or boot ysmenu.nds to change it!

All dldi patches can be found hear http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/

Sorry, don't use the over files as they are for the R4 card

i jsut remembered a vital data *facepalm to self* i just remembered how i got it to run, but jesus its gonna cost me my save files :(, i made YSmenu create a .SAV for the corresponding game, i did that with megami tensei and i can play it fine, but it pains me lose my VP save fiel due that i alreday beated the game both once and with the perfect ending,a nd after months of not being able to beat the ruins stage, ill see if that helps.

K YGO does runs but valkyrie profile is still a no go i wonder why? there isnt something like a troubleshooting manual for the YSmenu?

Mabe it would be easy to buy a cheep R4 card

    For about £10-£13

Ysmenu has given it a A new lease on life

im latin american and were i live an R4 cost ebtween 450-1.000 bucks ( 400.000 and 1.000.000 ) so its a no go the N5 was cheaper and it was the only thing i could afford.

also luminous arc series does not responds to the YSmenu, wich i find weird, maybe its more a problem of the rom number or of the rom itself (99% of my roms are downlaoded from here)
