Help with saving a game on "again"

    Please can someone help me.
    everytime i try to save the game in again (when i go back to hq and talk to the boss)
    it saves and then when i try and load it it says save data is corrupt deleting file
    also on to another topic i cant play that geo game =((((
    please help ='(
