Help with running game

    I am a newb. Any help would be wonderfully appreciated.

    Here is my situation.

    I have the ePSXe 1.7.0 downloaded, i have the BIOS SCPH1001 and I have a few plugins. The emulator works, well, atleast i can make it turn on and have the Main menu pop up. I have also downloaded the Final Fantasy 7 disk 1 ISO from this site.

    When I go File > Run ISO it asks me to find the ISO, and i can't. I know where it is, but when i go to the folder it isn't there. The ISO is in a 7Z file.

    What do I do?

    Sorry if this is very vague.

    I think you should download a program called "7-zip." (Don't worry. It is free.)
    Install it.

    Then, right click the file and select 7-zip>Extract files.

    Now you have an ISO. :)
