Click on Utility, then Cheats. Click "Add new" and enter the code in the big text box. The name of the cheat goes in the smaller text box directly below it. Don't forget to choose which kind of cheat it is. Action Replay DS or Codebreaker DS. Then click "Okay", and finally double click on the cheat to turn it on.
