Help with installing Codebreaker to Memory Card

I'm trying to install Codebreaker to my memory card when I have done it before when it get to starting the games with codes it keeps saying please insert disc. So im wondering could someone please give me step by step directions to get it installed. And I was told by someone that the Memory Card is going to have corrupted data. As well I had it installed correctly it was playing my backup games with cheats and I deleted all the files because of the corrupted data lol. So now im back to point 1. So could someone PLEASE HELP!!
