help with getting to the giant hall on pokemon black & white

    i dont know how to get there, its the resting palce of the possibly original form of both dragons, its the ice/dragon poke resting place, aslo serebii is quite vague when it comes to this only south exit of routh 13 and it does not shows on the isshu map (unova region for this who are using the english names)
