Help with GBAexploader

I just got an ez 3-in-1 and I'm using it with my CycloDS. I've got the games to run just fine, but I wanted some clarification on a few things and help with a problem. First, the problem.

I can't seem to access save files after I turn off the game. Maybe someone could explain the process to me.

Also, could someone please elaborate on what PSRAM and NOR modes are, as well as anything else that I might need to know?

When you turned the DS on again and loaded up GBAexploader, were you presented with a screen asking you where to dump the save file?

You'll have to forgive me as the loader works differently for the EZ3-in-1 as it does with an eWin expansion pak. I do believe one of the card combinations allowed in-game save states, but then I'd have to look through the documentation all over again.
