Help with games not loading.

    I'm using an R4 with English 1.18 firmware for nds. I'm getting the message ..."Data could not be read. Please reset the DS game card", "Could not access data" and error message regarding accessing/reading data in general.. on a few games.. especially Carnival Games.

    I've read through similar posts and am wondering how I "Go to settings and change the save type / backup media around, each game requires a specific type (though sometimes several may work, so start with the largest and move down)".... which settings?... this was posted under Emulator?? I'm clueless.....

    also..

    it was suggested that I get am ARM7 injector. Once I've downloaded it from http://www.omgrofl.com/filemgmt/viewcat.php?cid=1 what do I do then? where do i install it?

    You shouldn't read the emulator section since you're obviously using a flash cart, and since you have the latest firmware you're looking for this section: "If this does not fix your issue then your flash cart is incompatible with the game."

    so the ARM7 injector thingy wont help??

    It might, I think it's unlikely at this point though as there has been a firmware release since the ARM7 injection trick was used that should have fixed those problems.
