I'm playing Megaman Legends 2 with an emulator and I'm at Nino ruins (the underwater ruins). So far so good, but when all the water rises, everything slowes ALOT. I mean, moving is almost impossible. You, like my little brother, mightsay " hey, you're underwater, that's normal" But I used to have this game on my PSX and this ain't normal!

Also, how do I enable voices at FMVs?

Emulation is always flawed somehow, I believe.

Could you tell us what plugins you're using?

    Video: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.76
Sound: Pete's DSound Audio Driver 1.15
    CDrom: Pete's CDR ASPI/IOCTL Driver 1.10

    Hope that helps

You might want to try upgrading your sound plugin since 1.9 is out and you're still using 1.15.

Anyways, this is how I have mine set up, it might work for you, or it might not, but my sound in the cutscenes work with this set-up, so you're not out anything if you give it a try at least.

Go to the menu where you select the sound plugin you want to use.

Then click on configure and check to see if you have all of these things set the same way(volume is an exception of course :p).

If this doesn't fix the sound problem, the best thing you can do is get a save near a cutscene and play with the sound configuration until you get it working.
