Help with Emulator display

    I'm having a problem with my emulator, where the roms that i play would have a weird outline on it, it doesn't happen when I'm running a gba rom but when i run a DS rom the lines show up. I'd either like to know how to fix the problem, or if there's a better emulator.

    Right now im using NO$GBA version 2.6 running on my windows 7 x64 pc.

    Make sure to use No$zoomer, as well the latest version of no$gba, 2.6a.
