Help with cheat files on r4 ultra, please!?

I'm trying to get the cheats to work for kh 358/2 days (using the r4 ultra kernel + akaio) but it doesn't seem to appear no matter what I do. Does anyone have a solution?

Sometimes patching a rom can make the cheats not work, have you patched the rom?

 

what kind of flashcard do you use with what firmwire

it can happen that your game id is not the same as your cheat game id

you can change that with R4cce

 

Check your database with R4CCE, find the KH game table, click the ... button next to the GameID, load your patched ROM, and then save.

 

yeah i patched the rom, does r4cce work for r4 ultra too? because that's what i'm having trouble with >.<

 

It can load and modify various database types, such as usrcheat.dat that should be compatible with your particular firmware.

thx for everything XD, i've learned how to use the r4cce, but idk how it will help, beside modifying the cheat.dat or usrcheat.dat by adding new cheats.

 

That's pretty much the main use for it. Why you need it is that you have to correct the GameID within the database to be matched with your patched ROM. See my previous post.
