I just downloaded that program and Sonic Adventure, but Sonic Adventure didn't come with an ISO to mount. Is the game I downloaded from this site for a different emulator? Thanks!

What type of file is it? BIN, IMG, MDS or MDF? Or is it an EXE file?

There are multiple types of CD Images, and sometimes a download might come as the EXE, for a self extracting archive file (you don't need winrar or winzip or anything, just run the EXE.)

The largest file, which I'm guessing is the game file, is a .BIN.

BIN is a CD Image file, just like ISO.
You can mount that image with Daemon Tools.

Do I need to download a BIOS to run games, just a quick question?

Yes, the emulator requires a BIOS.

I just checked, and the CD thing dosen't support .BIN format.

It does. I have it, and use it for BIN files.

When opening the files, just change it to "All file types".

I know I'm being annoying, but where do you turn on "All types"? I am looking at the right one, Daemon Tools Lite, Right?

When you choose to mount a disc image, the common Windows Open dialog box appears. On the bottom of that window is two boxes. One is the name of the file you wish the open, the other is the file types. It defaults to "supported file types" or something along those lines. Unfortunately there is a small bug in the program that makes BIN not appear even though it's a supported type.

If you change this drop down box to "All File Types *.*" the .BIN files will appear and you can choose them.
