help with .7z files on a mac

    I'm really struggling with these files.
    I have read the tutorial, however it only really covers PC's, also the link for an OS X file on that page is no longer working.
    So if anyone could post a simple, easy to use program for extracting .7z files on a MAC I would be very grateful.
