Perhaps GC, but Wii and PS2 are a different story...you may be able to if it can play GC games, but I'm not an expert in this field.

I left the emulation scene a while ago in place for modding systems.

What is the best processor for the emulation of Wii, GC, and PS2 games?

Final Fantasy will work, though depends which one you want - X and XI will run fine... though some does depend on what variant of the mobility you have. For GC/Wii you'll need to run 64bit windows at a minimum, some games will run ok, most will be slow.

FFXI will not run on PCSX2.
    You might mean FFXII.

I have 32bit Windows XP. Dolphin runs fine. I can play pretty much any game that can run according to the compatibility list. I've tried quite a few.
You don't need 64bit Windows. You may be thinking dual core processor.

Yeah I got confused with FFXI and FFX and FFX-II :) Stupid names, lol

64bit windows definitely helps with Dolphin (last I checked, used to be an official tester) - speaking from a position of lower clock speed. If you have a higher clock speed, not as important :)
