hi there, I haven't been playing my nds for a while and as soon as I saw Golden sun, i tried varies ways to update, 1. Website Update 2. YSMENU 1. -Card looks exactly like http://stuffyouneed.net/images/R4box.jpg - updated from this site http://www.r4ds.me/index-en.html - Used pandora, works for the older games i played but does not work on goldensun 2. -ysmenu, black loading bar simular to pandora, but cant load anything, gives me "load rom errcode=-4" Before people start saying look at other topics etc etc, I have and, I'm still confused why its not working! Please help, if not post a topic that worked for you.(of course with explaining why it isnt working) and if possible, can you tell me which site, (link) you used to download Golden sun? So i can see if what I've does is truely not working or just the rom is corrupt? Note: I have tried multiple versions of Golden Sun!
ok, you didnt specify that. you just added a pic of a r4 original on the original post, so that is why i got confused. you need to get ysmenu then: http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=43121.0 you will always find the latest ysmenu updates here. right now ghost trick is not working, just in case
okey, I just updated the pic to the one i have. Also i said before that the YSMENU wasn't working on any of my older games, like mario kart giving me the error posted on the 1st post. If i update it will it wont on mario kart and other old games before 2010?

yes thats the card, and if you say yes Ill try it out. Also to help out your confusion... i read r4 wood only works on r4 orginal, as in the card I mislinked before. As in.. the r4 card that does not have sdhc beside it.
oh, ok, im guessing you card is from www.r4sdhc.com then. you have to download the ysmenu v6.44 for r4sdhc. but to make it work correctly you have to format your card (backup games and sav files first) and ysmenu needs to be booted from the r4 firmware which in your case it would be v1.34

Post Merge: [time]1294798488[/time] okey, i formated, loaded the firmware from r4sdhc.com went to the topic you posted for the ysmenu and selected.. R4/i SDHC TTMenu v6.44 after drag and droping everything, ran YSmenu as a game, ran mario kart and i get "r4didl.dat error!" i confirm working when i didnt use YSmenu tho. But i need YSmenu to play newer games if i remember correctly. im going to see if r4clone would work, tho please comment if im doing that right or not! Working, now testing golden sun! Not working! for some odd reason, the golden sun is being runned as mario cart! I even made sure, they both have different MB amounts! Deleted mario kart and sav file, tryed different game, golden sun and megaman advent, both saying Sav file not found. Dispite making one! Post Merge: [time]1294799434[/time] now saying that Megaman advent load rom errcode=-4 on YSmenu..
