Help! Trouble accessing some downloaded games

I have an R4 card and have tried downloading most of the Imagine games and the Americas Next Top Model game.
The message I keep getting on some of the downloaded games is 'The save data could not be accessed. Please turn the power off and reinsert the DS card'. This doesn't happen on all games, it only seems to be on the newer games.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

 

Is this on a flashcart i.e. R4, CycloDS, or the No$Gba?

Sorry I am completely blonde. It is an R4 card which has 'Revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS) written on it. Does that help answer your question... sorry to be so dim!

Dwonload firmware, extract, overwrite previous firmware files with new files on MicroSD root directory.
