Help! Supercard DS cant save games+ needs updating!

    I play on the nintendo ds LITE, not using an EMMULATOR, i got the Supercard DS one...
    my problem is when i play games it says..."The save data could not be accessed.","Unable to access save data."
    how do i fix this, at the moment i have formatted (wiped) then whole card and i have downloaded all the files from the card website, i am ectracting the files i downloaded to the actual card, as this is heppening... shall i just add my rom's and try again or is there somthing else wrong? can u list any files i might need please? thanks
