help r4 upgrade

    Hey wonder if anyone can help.

    Not downloaded games for while now and child has r4 upgrade card purch in dec 2009 and not updated softwear since can someone please recommend a site where i can get new updated softwear so i can play the games i recenctly downloaded thanks
