How often do you login? Points are awarded for routine logins, so if you didn't, then it won't increase. If not mistaken, you've to login at least once every week, else it'll stop rewarding daily points. And will recommence only if you log back in. It's a point abuse safe guard to avoid members who assume they still can mine plenty of points by allowing his/her account dormant for long period. If this is not the case, then an Admin will review your login log to see if it's a problem with the system. Though I doubt it is.
500 points are added to the account every 24hrs. So what is happening? You are not getting these 500 points?
