can somone plz tell me the best and easiest places to fing acekard 2i game shark with codes for stardust accelerator 2009

You don't need a game shark. The Acekard 2i lets you apply cheat codes to the games. You can get the code database from here.

 

so how do i apply the codes

 

That I'm not sure of. I don't own one, but I do know they support them.

The official website says this:

If you have the cheat code of the software then a list window will be shown. You can use "X" and "Y" to enable or disnable them.
Press "A" to save your changes and enter software for fun.
