Help please

    Hello there,

    I'm a newcomer, so I'm very sorry if this question has been answered already, but I couldn't find it.
    Today I've downloaded spyro the dragon one this link : https://www.romulation.org/PSX/Spyro_the_Dragon_%5BU%5D%5BNTSC-U%5D_%5BSCUS-94228%5D.rar.html/#details and now I got two files called: Spyro the Dragon [NTSC-U] [SCUS-94228].bin and Spyro the Dragon [NTSC-U] [SCUS-94228].cue.
    Now my question is, how do I run these files to play my game, since I got no clue how to run these files or annything.
