help on how to burn a ps1 disc image file into a cd-r

hi all i was wondering if anyone here can help me. i download this game and unrar it to get disc image file. then after that i try to burn it with a program called power2go. but it didn't detect the file. thinking it was the burning program i tried alcohol 120 but still didn't detect it. so i download a Rom from a different site and the same thing is happening to me. what am i doing wrong.

What is the file extension? (e.g. .bin .cue .iso)

 

ccd file
disc image file
vlc file
sub file

 

Use IMGBurn. Surely will detect it.

it says the use the cue file instead of the disc image file? is that what i was doing wrong? i'm burning it right now

what speed should i use when burning in imgburn program for play-station games i keep on getting errors for some reason.

 

The .cue should be accompanied by a .bin, but yes you load and burn the .cue
