Help needed in identifying my flash cart and sorting out the software

To point out the obvious, "313 in 1 no.45" is not a cartridge brand name, more likely suggesting that there are 313 game roms in that cartridge - which means it can use an SDHC Micro SD of size above 4GB. The picture in the 1st link shows an image of a Lego game boxart, again not a proper cartridge identifier, nor can it be identified from the 2nd image. Hence no way to tell what cartridge that is. Best bet, it is a clone of an R4 SDHC/R4i SDHC brand which might not even be compatible with DSi firmware/kernel v.1.4.5E. Then again, who knows, hard to tell for certain.
