help nds -speaker problem

    help when i open my nds i heard a weird sound .... i try formatting my nds but sill didnt work and search it on www.nintendo.com and i didn't find anything that's gonna help me........please help me this is so important to me :-[... and thank you... please reply.....

    What exactly happens? When does the sound happen?

    i don't know what it's called so im gonna call it the opening entrance....... ive tried cleaning my speakers but nothing work..... and thank you anandjones... :-\

    Ah, so when you first turn on your DS, the sound is different? On the Health and Warning screen? If so, it must be your Birthday according to your DS, so it makes a different sound.
