Help my r4 is acting up. Just a Black top screen and white bottom screen.

    Please please help. I have had my r4 for about 3 months and have several games on it just fine. I got a new game today and when I went to play the r4 the main screen comes up the one that shows a pacman like character and a multimedia button. But when I click on the Pacman looking thing the top screen is black and the bottom screen is white. Does anyone know how to fix or what happened. Please help I have a very upset little girl right now who wants to play her ds., Other games work in it fine. Thanks my email is [email protected] or just message me back.
