    Please somebody help me,

After a year of happy gaming, my ds got damaged. If I push start too often it gets stuck, sometimes it suddenly gets stuck and it gets stuck when i shake it. Sometimes, the music continues and sometimes it just makes scratchy noise. I tested it with a game and without a game in it and the problem is the hardware. If I shake the ds, I can hear something rattle (not the stylus or gamecard). Plz can somebody tell me what it might be so my dad can repair it.

Thanks in advance (sorry for my bad english)

You could open it yourself, maybe it's just an useless part that's bouncing. It once happened with my PS2 controller, the R2 and L2 buttons were getting stuck many times, and whenever I shook the controller there were several pieces bouncing and bouncing. I decided to open it, and two or three pieces of plastic were broken and were blocking the R2 and L2 buttons. The controller has been working all the time, except when I cut the cable off. :p

If you could refund it or get it fixed, do it. Opening the DS requires a special Nintendo screwdriver, and it's quite hard to put back together if you take the board out, trust me. Just take off the casing, without moving any of the circuits etc. and see if there's anything that might be causing the problem. Also, see if the board (if you open it) is cracked or damaged in any way.

And I think it has the seal where if you broke it, your warranty woll be void. So be careful

It seems that something is loose in your DS. If you still have the warrenty use it.
