i'm trying to convert [Resident Evil] to an ISO through either CloneCD or Alcohol 120%; but the problem is - both programs shoot out THREE different files when i do this... is it because i can't turn RE into an ISO off the bat? neither program will let me, it always spits out

    .CCD

    .IMG

    .SUB file.

so what's the deal? do i need to somehow add the .ccd, .img, and .sub file together to make the final ISO, because the .IMG alone does not work.

if you do get this program, UltraISO, when you convert them only the first 3 images will show ccd, cue, and img, does 3 are the most important, the sub aint important, just convert em with the ultra iso and your gonna get a fine ISO format

If .cue is missing that isnt critical either, I suspect .ccd does the same job

ya it helped me out, but I didnt have any problems with ccd, so I do think it should be there, if its not when you extracted download the file again...ask loony for help bout that o.k. here is how it goes:

The program that looney mentioned to me, which is called UltraISO, ofcourse its not cheap or free....so you might have to find a way to download itcoughtillegallycought I didnt say that you all saw that...........will allow you convert the 4 files ccd, cue, img, and sub into an iso, but onfortuntely, the sub isnt important its just covering the rest of the files the main files are as this CCD, CUE, and IMG, this 3 files are what make the importance of the game..img is the main file that holds all the contents..........when you have gotten the program UltraISO

Open UltraISO and go to 'Tools' -> 'Convert'. click 'browse' on the top box, find your files and select all three of them ccd, cue, and img. Chose where you want the ISO saved in the second box using the browse button, then select 'Standard ISO' on the third section. Click 'Convert' and wait for it to work
