Help Megaman Powered Up cso is not working

    ok here is the low down
    i downloaded the cso from one of the affiliates sites .and when i put the cso on my mem card and load it it does not work
    i'm using a psp slim with 4.01 cfw. do i have to try the iso format?
    edit: it freezes on the capcom screen
