    (Prehaps your confused as where to go-if it's to do with a ds flash cart or emulator, try the technical help-just state what your using and what it is doing wrong-enjoy yourself :) )

    To play game, you need either real console or an emulator. :)

    No harvest moon for PC yet.. I think.. :)

    Search for the Harvest Moon games from the links I gave you previously, by using the "Harvest Moon" as the keyword. :)
    Download the Rom for either GBA/NDS.
    e.g..
    [GBA]"game name" <------for VBA
    [NDS]"game name" <------for No$Gba

    In my country there's Harvest moon for PC, but it's pirate one :p
    But I didn't buy it, It's more fun playing at PS. or DS
