help me

    ya so im definatly a noob i just d/l final fantasy ix and extracted it but how the hell do i make it play

    you need a PSX emulator; ePSXe is a good one, and a set of plugins (search the forum for these). You also need a file called SCP1000.bin (google it). Place the bin file in the bios directory of epsxe and extract the plugins to the plugins dir. follow the instructions, making sure you use Pete's graphics plugin and then once the wizard is complete go to file -> open iso/bin (according to which the FFIX discs are) and you should be good to go. Ask if you need more help.

    If you use ePSXe, make sure NOT to download the most recent version, since it has problems with that particular game (unless they've patched it up again in the past few months).
