HELP ME WHAT DO I DO????

    i NEED HELP AND GUIDANCE FROM U EXPERTS, IM A COMPLETE NOVICE AT THIS, I RECENTLY GOT MY SON A DS Light a friend told me to buy an ACEKARD2 AND A MICRO SD CARD WHICH I HAVE ,,,, NOW IM LOST AS I HAVE NO IDEA HOW 2 USE THEM OR HOW 2 USE THIS SIGHT ,,, PLEASE HELP ME AND SIMPLY BASIC INSTRUCTIONS WOULD BE BETTER ,,,THANX ???

    One- Don't post in full caps; it's rude
    Two- Don't write in SMS (e.g I like 2 be 1337)

    There are some guides and instructions usually
    I would help but i'm in a rush

    And just to make it clear, we really do want to help you, but you have to loose the attitude, this is voluntary work, you're not paying for support, so if you don't follow the rules we've set down then you really can't expect us to do anything but ignore you in the best case scenario.

    Now if you were to pay... then things would be different. :)

    General idea:
    download rom -> extract rom with winrar (google it) -> copy .nds file to USB micro SD card (or similar flash card, which came with your acekart) -> insert micro sd (or similar) card into your acekart -> insert acekart into nds -> start nds.

    Am I missing anything?

    I don't think he's referring to the Forum & it's rules loony, as you can see he did qouted somebody:

    With a response from someone like this, who wouldn't be turned off, especially this part:

    1. cj backseat moderated.
    2. Not only did he not give any helpful advice, he ended his post with a lame excuse for not helping the guy out.

    So was this response posted just for the fun of it? If so why even bother, you're not helping out people anyway.

    And for the record, RomUlation has one of the best & simplest set of rules ever, you don't even need to suck up to anyone to get noticed, plus any & all questions are very much welcome here. What we really don't need are unwarranted replies, especially to people who obviously have no idea what they should do to solve their problems, or how they should seek help from a forum. Should I have been here for the first time & someone posted a reply to my problem like that I'm pretty sure I'd be pissed off too.

    Like the R4 I think you still need to install some software in to your memory card, moonshell or something? Not sure if his is already installed

    Yes, they all need firmware Solus. Moonshell is just the media plater which is included.
