HELP ME!! PLEASE

    Normal r4 skins dont work on my r4i gold because cause they are like 24 bit, as r4i use 32 bit, the thing is i dont know how to convert to 32 bit, i cant find how to convert to 32 bit. i have photoshop 7.0 on my computer, but (if its free) i can probably download a newer version
