Help me.......please? (go on help a 13 year old)

I'm Roy,

I have had an R4I sdhc-upgrade for a few months, but i've noticed that after a few times loading and playing a game it will stop loading, it will just stop on the loading screen.
this also happens with some newly downloaded games e.g Apollo justice.
i have the latest firmware for my card.

Are you sure the game does not need patching? Search the site for arm 7 patching. And you could try backing up your memory card then formating it and putting everything back on again.

 

Most games need patching, but not arm7 all the time. Read the common issues thread.

Are you guys sure they need patching, they all seem to work with my brothers r4.

 

Depends on what game. The new R4's are clones, so I would just use your bro's R4 for now, and consider getting an AceKard 2i or an iEdge.

also i read somewhere if i re-formatted my sd-card it might help, so im testing it

EDIT: well that sucked....and loonylion, i could do that, but i use my DSI he only has an original ds, and he doesn't let me touch it after i killed his old gameboy advance sp.

MAJOR EDIT!: ok it seems i need to have major patience, they will load, but it takes like five minutes.

Try a different firmware, that might help.(YSMenu is the only other one I know of)
