help me on r4ds

can someone tell me how to put a cheat.dat and usrcheat.dat files on my r4ds with all cheats on it or can someone send a made up one with all the latest and every single game cheat in it if someone has one can you please send it to me through email or tell me how to do it coz i dont want to make one i just want to play coz i am 14 and cant figure out why it wont work and i have to have cheat.dat and usrcheat.dat files to have cheats showing for the games i would really appreciate your help so i can learn how to do it and so i get an idea how to do it coz i have to do it for my bro and mum

 

Oh. I'm 14 too lol. Well I get the cheats from http://cheats.gbatemp.net/
And after you've downloaded it, you unzip it or extract it. And then you put cheats.dat or usrcheat.dat inside the _system folder thing. And if you still can't see the cheatcodes, it's time to use YSMenu. This is optional though. I can't make a pre-packed version of YSMenu because of copyrights and stuff but, it shouldn't be hard to do.

No I don't...

It should have all the cheatcodes for the game but it might still miss some games like a new games or something... Because it says the biggest cheat database so, you shouldn't worry about it I guess...

Okay...
1. Download the cheat database(usrcheat.dat or cheat.dat)
2. Extract it or unzip it
3. You should have usrcheat.dat or cheat.dat in the file that you extracted
4. Put that inside the _system_ or whatever it's called
5. Then it should work
If you still don't get it, well I can't explain much easier since I suck at explaining lol

Inside the _system_ folder??? You have something like theme and bookmarks and gbaframe.bmp and yeah you can just put usrcheat.dat or cheat.dat in there

They both have the same cheat codes but I use usrcheat.dat since it's... easier I guess... I dunno but yeah...

 

i only have the files that i need in the system file and i have usrcheat.dat the gba fram theme and what ever else you cant delete and need in there and i got rid off all the cheat files and put usrcheat.dat from the link you sent and i had gta cheats and some others one and i put the new one on there and lost cheats for gta and a couple of other ones tht had cheats

Just use the YSMenu if the cheat codes doesn't come up...
