Help Me Name This Anime part 3

    Okay I just recently remebered an Anime I want to rewatch but as usual I don't remember the name of the show. It's about this Girl and I think shes a reincarnation of a super warrior or something. Everytime she "powers up" he glove on her arm melts and a weird tattoo appears. She also has a male companion with similar abilities. I also remember there being a girl with giant cold rings as weapons. Hope this little bit of information can help you guys help me to name this anime. Thank you :)

    Nope not that. I know flame of recca cause it reminds me of Ghost fighter with the arena fights.

    is it an old anime or is it newish? you can tell by the style. that would help us tell you the anime also
