Help LiveCD Freeze.Urgent!

    Hey guys i just downloaded a windows 7 livecd from: and tried Virtual Machining it and burning it only to get the error of once the loading bar finishes it freezes help!! do i need to rebuild it or.... please help.Reason:doing a hard disk copy over and neither have a OS. so have to boot from disc copy over files! or a tutorial to build a livecd using windows 7 disc! would also b acceptable (as long as i dont have to download anything over 80mb) Please Help.Thnx In Adance
