Help! Its Broke!

ok i dont know how the hell this happened. i downloaded a sonic rush adventure rom, or so i thought, i should have realised it was some bullcrap because i saw no .nds file, but decided to put it on my ds anyway, in that m3ds simply cartridge and 2b rom thing. how stupid i was. assuming it was a sonic rush game it then preceeded to tear apart my whole thing. i have 4 games remaining from around 15. no save file data on any of them. and 279gb worth of stupid japanese/chinese crap that i can't delete because it says can't read from file source. does anybody have any ideas on how to solve this what so ever. i know i was stupid moving a .rar file there but thats just because im a trusting person and before i have to shell out for another one would really appreciate anybodys advice. i could print screen it easily and show people on here if anybody could tell me how to, so you had a better idea of what i mean, it was a sonic rush adventure rom off another site because i still havn't figured out how to works yours yet. so beware there is one floating around. some of the files are _squareW File. and [AI File {QI File. a tiny 1 in the top corner then AV File, theres too many to mention. please help

 

Format the card and scan it with antivirus

 

i'm unsure on how to format the card but my friend knows how to, i wont be doing that because it'll make it redudant somebodys advised. i will scan the computer, theres 5 hours of waiting lol too much crap on this thing, i need to get 15% memory first before my pc will even de fragment. Seph thanks for the advice, i havn't read it yet but i will do now, the problem seems to be the game wont load at all. I clicked on the sonic rush adventure link yesterday and for the first time one loaded. As i clicked on download it said i wasn't logged in, so i logged in and it wouldn't work again, as i click on the page i want the windows installer bar appears, i cancel twice then the page just stops, it's a blue background i dont get redirected to the homepage if that helps. The AV is also upto date aswell, i'm a bit stuck on what to do if i format it then it wont work but i can't think of any otherway to get rid of the rubbish, thanks for the help anyway people.

 

No i didn't, it was part of that xenophobia group thing though. I downloaded it from another site, when attempting to download a rom from this site, the windows installer toolbar pops up, so i cancel it twice, then the page stops loading completely and just leaves me with a blue background. I'll clear my cookies thanks for the tip, ill also change the cookie settings on ZA see if thats makes a difference.

 

ok i changed my cookie settings, i also deleted them all and all temporary internet files etc. It seems to be working now, i'm managing to get to the download page only just saw the problems thread and read through that aswell, it just seems i need a winrar thing to get the rar files working. the windows installer bar is still popping up, but you've previously said thats nothing to do with use so ill just ignore it, not that much of a problem. thanks for the help!

 

Get firefox ;D ;D

 

Good idea, seems a lot easier with less hassle to just use that, i still havn't got an idea of how to get rid of all these empty folders that have over 20gb in them off my m3 though, anybody any ideas? formatting doesn't work.

 

i have Firefox and I've had no problems with the downloads. It may be your internet connection
