Help! introduction NDSi problem..

    when i turn on my DSi it goes to a blackscreen and then a nintendo DSi logo..

    afterwards theres a japanese characters written in the touchscreen and at the bottom theres a OK button.. but when you press it nothing happens... even if i reset still same thing happens... what should i do?
