help im new to this got NO CLUE

    Hi im new to this site but im pretty sure ill become a constant user lol anyways look im want to download this game: https://www.romulation.org/PSX/Resident_Evil_3_-_Nemesis_%5bU%5d_%5bSLUS-00923%5d.7z.html/
    and be able to play it on my ps3 or pc i dont care, how do i do it, please tell me step by step cuze i have no idea at all, thanks :D

    Currently you can't play it on your PS3, since it cannot be modified yet. To play it on your PC, you will want to get an PSX Emulator, perferably ePSXe 1.7

    You can go to http://emulator-zone.com/ to download the PSX Emulator. Start by getting ePSXe, then let's work from there.

    alright i got psx 1.7 but theres a lot of stuff and i dont kno wat to do next plx help
