Help! How do I save PkMn Fire/Red using No$GBA?

    everytime i tried to save it's alway showed error, do i have to change anything in the emulaation set up?

    you likely need to change the save type.

    change the save type? you mean i have to change the GBA cartridge backup media? if so then i did, i tried all of the them, but it seem none of them work for me. somehow it work for me in emerald & pearl, yesterday i download the fire/red in this website becuz i thought there is something wrong with the one i had, but it isnt

    its more likely to be the emulator at fault than the rom; they just arent very good yet

    Incidentally I have the exact same problem with the exact same rom...while you can use your emulator's save state the rom itself will not save ingame which limits the functionality...ie no trading, battling, neat little side items
    I don't believe it is a fault in the emulator because the Leaf Green and other newer and older versions work fine
    If anyone has a fix or a version that functions properly it would be infinitely appreciated

    it is not a fault in the rom, unless the game pack that the rom was dumped from was faulty; which is highly unlikely. The fact that other games work is irrelevant.

    ya said leaf-green work fine? then i will play it, i thought the leaf-green will also have the same problem. thanx
