Help! error message with opengl

I'm using Dolphin SVN R 3661and I'm trying to play Super Mario Sunshine game I downloaded and everytime I try to open the ROM in dolphin it says "Cant create opengl renderer. You might be missing some opengl extensions, check the logs for more info" Ive updated my video card to its latest drivers and I have no idea how to fix it. I'm very much a beginner so as basic as possible please, I would really appreciate it.

Can you list down your computer spec?

 

Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family that is the graphics card I have would i need to get a new graphics card or is there anything I could do to make it work with the current one?

 

I don't believe the Intel chipsets can support OpenGL.

Are you using a laptop?

 

No its desk top. What video card can I get thats moderatly priced and will support opengl?

 

You can find good Nvidia cards fairly cheap. www.newegg.com

I don't know what type you'll need, compatible with your motherboard, etc.
