So I've added the cheats using the cheat code editor.
And I put it in the right files and stuff, but it doesn't
show up the [Cheat (y)] Thing.

Can anyone help me figure out why ;/

    You probably did something wrong.
I found this tutorial, maybe it'll help.

Could I be needed an update in firmware or something?

The R4 Cheat Code Editor will only work with v1.08 of R4 Firmware or later.
So if you don't have v1.08 or later, you need to update.

Be more specific. Does the loader get stuck? Do you get an error message?

Like all the games work, everything works except the cheats.
No matter how many times I redo it.

Shouldn't the cheats just appear after I add them?
Or do i have to allow them or something?

Do you have any .dat files called CHEAT.DAT and USRCHEAT.DAT ?
If so, replace the CHEAT.DAT with the USERCHEAT.DAT.

Edit: If the above solution doesn't work, download this: http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA013928/bin/r4cce086.zip
If that still doesn't work, feel free to PM me for further help ;)
P.S: Yes, the file is clean!
