    Where do you upload screenshots for the 15 points?

    only if they're approved.

    on the main site go to the game listings, and check the information page for the game. If it has 4 screenshots already, you cant upload any for that game. If it has less than 4 there should be an upload button below the screenshot area. That button will take you to a page detailing the rules for screenshots and will have an upload box.
